Lufthansa: A380 take-off on June 11th

On June 11th 2010 Lufthansa’s A380 era began. The crane left Frankfurt for Tokyo for the first time at 2:32 p.m. precisely. Beijing (from August 25th on) and Johannesburg (from October 25th on) are to follow later this year. But the maiden flight LH2010 headed towards Johannesburg, flying Germany’s national football team to the world championships in South Africa on June 6th.
